Salient Features :- The department teaches theory and laboratory courses in Applied Physics subject of B.E. 1 year students. The material comprises of lecture notes, supplementary study material, interactive documents and useful study links.The department has three regular faculty members, which includes two Professors and One Associate Professor.
- *Also we have well qualified non-teaching staff with good training. The faculty of the department are consistently updating themselves with the developments taking place.
- *The performance of the students in the examinations is consistently improving.
- *For the The Department has an well-qualified, experienced and dedicated faculty for class teaching as well as for laboratory demonstration work, effective classroom teaching we have prepared number of models.
- *The laboratories were modernized and upgraded to fulfill the needs of the students along with computer and internet facilities. Department has it’s own library for reference work
- *No. of instruments/ equipments increased, which help us to provide attention to individual students to develop interest in subject applications.
- *Established some demonstration experiments to clear fundamentals of particular topic.
- *Encouraging students to give seminars in class.
- *Two faculty members are having doctorates and. All faculty members have been serving in the Institute since more than thirty years.
- *All possible activities as seminars, workshops, training programmes, development programmes etc., are constantly being organized.
- *Faculty member has worked actively as member of Board of Studies, General Engineering, Gondwana University and Nagpur University
- *Approved Professor and Registered Guide for Ph.D.Research work in the area of solid state physics and material science.
